Listen in changes to the Desk phone

Hi all,

I have a client who has has a new employee and they what them to be able to listen to calls with a trainer. The issue we are facing is that when the trainee selects listen in, it changes to her deskphone instead of playing through the desktop app. The trainee doesn't sit at her desk when listening in to the calls so she is having to go back to her desk every time.

Hi, so she is using sip forking. Please check the dialer on the desktop app that is set as Call Using Desktop App and not the deskphone.

Hi Alejandro,

Sorry for the delayed response, the client is away until this thursday so I am unable to troubleshoot till then. Thanks for the response though.

Looks like the client doesn't need to use this anymore. Thanks for the help @Alejandro_3CX
