Solved Listen in feature

Hey all,

Does anyone know if there is a limitation to the amount of people who can simultaneously listen in?

Our support team is unable to have concurrent users listening in to the same call.

Hello @ging,

Please note that from version 15 and above, only one extension can perform the Barge-in, Listen and Whisper actions on each call.
