Listen to call using receiver and headset

Hi,

We are using Spa 504 G phones with the latest version of 3cx.
We have connected headsets to the phones too.
Is there a way for the clients to use both the headset and the receiver at the same time, to listen to calls?
That is, when we are making a call using the receiver, and the call is answered, another person(trainee) needs to listen to the conversation.
Is that possible?

You need pro or enterprise license

You setup a manager of a group of extension, and the manager is able to listen / barge into the call

To listen / barge into the call you have to be using 3cx client or 3cx web client

Or you could go old school and get a splitter / training adaptor for the headset.

We have a Pro license and I can listen to any calls via 3cx client, but that wasnt the question.
The clients want to listen to calls from their deskphone, for training purposes.
I believe like @Lee Cramman toldwe will have to use a male to 2 female splitter.

I wanted to if there was something that can be done in the PBX side to allow this, but I believe that we have to use a splitter anyway.

Yes, I have been testing this functionality for a long time.
Me being the manager of all queues, I can listen to any calls I want.
But the person who requested us whether he can listen to the client call for training doesn't have any such access and hence he wont be able to listen/barge to these calls.

Also, he wants is to listen to calls using the deskphone, so the barge wouldn't work anyway.

We have ordered for the Splitter, so hopefully that works.
