Listening voicemail with 3CX MyPhone, messages disorder

Listening new voicemail messages from app. 3cxMyPhone, reproduces other old messages (sometimes, random).
This happens with any extension. We have tried different software to reproduce (audacity, bsplayer, wmplayer).
I have installed net framework 4 and desktop components for 3cxMyPhone.
I have noticed the messages have wrong time (date is correct but time is 3 hours later). For example: Message recorded at 7pm sets in the file name as it has been recorded at 10pm.
Another strange issue is i can not find MyPhone.log file.
Any help would be really useful.

You may want to confirm the time set(tings) on the machine running 3CX, and any associated time-zone settings.
I'm not sure what the other issue is all about.
