Live Chat date Format

Our 3CX language is English UK but when using live chat on our website the date format of the messages is US MM/DD/YYY format.

Hello @cdjohn,

If you navigate to WebClient >> three dots ... >> Settings >> General.
Do you have the English US selected as Language there?
Change it to UK and go to chats. You should be able to see the DD/MM/YY format
