Live chat for custom software.

Hi we are using custom ecommerce system. i want integrate livechat for our site. we need any documention about integration. where can i get them ?

WP-Live chat by 3CX is a WordPress plugin thus you cannot integrate it with any other system. You can however use 3CX Live Chat and Talk for non-WordPress sites which basically works on any CMS given that you can add a simple code snippet in your template. wordpress plugin great work. agents can be chat from wp-admin. we need similar solutions. i think i can develop similar app if you support custom api. i will check your suggest thank you
