Solved Live Chat icon on website Greyed Out, I can't click on it for chatting

I have successfully added live chat on my website but its greyed out. I can't click on it.
What could be the issue, or what I'm I missing?

Check if web-site address is correct in LiveChat configuration.
If you use WIX platform, you should use different Web-site address in LiveChat configuration screen.

I am getting the error below:
Access to fetch at 'https://to***********.3cx.co.za:5001/MyPhone/c2cinfytyy=LiveChat655768' from origin 'https://to***************.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.

Sounds like the allowed website address configuration in 3CX is not set correctly.

That is what i have configured on the allowed website

Then I recommend you check the copy/paste html code to ensure it's correct in the site. If you changed / recreated the live chat configuration, the code may have changed.
