Live chat icon wont appear on my website

Hi.
i am currently setting up Livechat on my website.
i logged into my 3cx portal, setup live chat under messaging,
copied my exact website url and pasted, selected an extension that i want calls and chats to go to.
copied the url that was generated during installation.

i logged into the admin of our website, running wordpress 6, php 5.6, installed the 3cx live chat
enabled the chat to show on all pages, pasted the link from above
saved changed
refreshed my website,
the issue is the chat icon wont appear on my website.
my 3cx is hosted V18, update 3, build 461
Am i missing osmething in what i have done?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What version of the wordpress plugin have you installed?

3CX have broken the live chat plugin in v10, so it doesn't currently work with proper 3CX installs - only the new 3CX StartUp rubbish.

You need to install the v9 plugin - https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-live-chat-support.9.4.3.zip

Hi, thank you for the answer, i have just installed that and see many more configuration options.
am i right in assuming that i will need to manually install the code generated on each of the pages that i want this chat to work on which is basically sitewide for me?

Not still has settings to say "Include chat window on pages". And you just select all the pages you want it to be deployed on.

Hi, i managed to get mine working following the advise provided above by Sam which worked. hope it helps you also.

Thanks, I tried Sam's advise to download and install the previous version. but that installs the 3cx instead of the 3cx startup. and the click to talk url is not compatible
