Live chat opens in a new window

Hello, ive recently integrated live chat to my web page, and in standalone mode it works fine, but in 3CX mode the live chat pop up when starting a chat opens the conversation in a new Window not in the same pop up, can anyone help, i see theres not much information on this issue

Hi @zarangel,

This was a change made previously to ensure that sessions are not disconnected when navigating to other pages. There is no option to change it back within the 3CX version of Live Chat.
