Live Chat Option disappeared

Hello, the livechat management part has disappeared on the switchboards. Whichever user I log in with (also the system owner)

What should I do?
I hope the solution is not to reinstall

Hi @FirstPoint

The live chat is now under Voice & Chat section on the WebClient.

Log in to the WebClient using an extension with administrator rights, and navigate to Admin >> Voice & Chat >> Add live chat.
