Live Chat popup on Windows not showing since v20 using Windows App

I previously had 3CXPhone for Windows installed and when someone chat on our website or the URL, it would popup a window and make a sound.

V20 has a new Microsoft App, so I uninstalled the old one. Now we no longer get the popups or notifications on the PC

I also see there is a 3CX6.msi available. I installed that also, but can't add it to autoprovision a sphone phone through the PNP Phone area.
