Live Chat | The operation is insecure

Hi guys, we just installed the chat plugin via WP. Process seems pretty straight forward. But when testing it live (Firefox, iOS etc.)
we always get either one of the following messages:

The operation is insecure (on iOS)
Service unavailable (on Firefox).

Can anyone help us with this? Thanks a lot

Can anyone help us with this?

The icon appears on website but neither the Chat function nor the Call function works.

When clicking on the Chat it shows the message below:

We also get the following Issue via Website DevTool:
Resufed to connect to XXX, because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "default-src https: data: 'unsafe-inline' 'unsafe-eval'". Note that 'connect-src' was not explicitly set, so 'default-src' is used as a fallback.

and also this one:
call-us: Service unavailable

We really need help with this, please
