Is the Live Chat function only available through the indicated CMS's? Can I integrate Live Chat in a website that doesn't use these platforms.

I have a situation where the company's website is hosted on a shared Wordpress platform and was told that the plugin couldnt be used as it would conflict with other items on the platform.
Can the custom install be used on Wordpress also? I looked, but it didnt seem to be an option.

Use "Custom HTML" block on page editor, or add a Widget ("Custom HTML") on WordPress - Footer of the theme.

Get the code generated from the Code-Generator (https://www.3cx.com/live-chat/code-generator/) and paste it.

In wordpress it looks like the last update to the plugin was over 5months ago. I heard about a bunch of changes with ver18. Is this update not available yet?

Also, will we get a feature that makes this chat behave like the other external chats? This pluggin abides by the queue status set for extensions. Facebook and SMS doesn't so if they log out for lunch, they miss these messages but don't for the rest of their messages (lacks consistency).
