Is it possible to automatically log out of a specific queue for the live chats?

I know i can set up under forwarding but I dont want my ext to be DND for everything.

Am i going to have to manually log in/out of this queue for live chat?

We're using HTML for the chat, not WP.

No, at present you'll need to log out of each queue manually to avoid being set to DND.
