Live Listening in

I have a new virtual receptionist starting with us and I want her to listen in live conferencing mode to all my calls for training. So I want her to listen in on all my calls without having to conference her in every time.
how can I do that?

• You will need a Pro or Enterprise license.
• Create a user "Groups" and add both extensions
• Change user role as a "Manager" for receptionist extension
• Login to WebClient(receptionist extension)
• Go to "Panel", right-click on the active call, and select "Listen"
