Maybe it's a silly question, but is there a way to create flows for livechat responses, like a chat bot?

Seconded! We need this for offline chat handling especially; at the moment even the system that's live on 3cx's own site is extremely feature-poor, just prompting me to "leave a message" without even prompting me to leave contact details. That loss of control and functionality means we'll never be using the 3cx livechat feature at this point.
