Load Balance Broadband Router TL-R470T+

Hi I am using a Local Balancing Router, it has 2 ADSL connections feeding it and one LAN output feeding the network computers, I am have trouble getting the 3cx webclient to work on the LAN, if I connect a computer to each of the ADSL Routers then it works fine but not on the output of the Local Balancing Router feeding the LAN, can any one advise me on this, by the way I am using a cloud 3cx, my webclient works fine from my home just not as this one locations that has the additional router. Also there is voip already working fine through the router eg a soft phone, just not the webclient
