Load Balancing

Hi,
I have the UNIFI UDM PRO and 2 internet providers.
Presently the UDM PRO is setup in a fail-over configuration, where if the main ISP goes down all traffic is switched over to the second ISP.

My question is, if I set this up in load balancing, where traffic is split between both ISPs, it is possible for some 3CX traffic to go over one or both providers.
should this work?

AWS. SBC is local on a Pi

The SBC is going to maintain the connection and the phones proxy through it. It might work to set up two SBCs and put have the phones on each, and route those out via routing/firewall rule, so SBC1 prefers WAN1>WAN2 and SBC2 is the reverse?

An SD-WAN service would use both for everything but has a cost.
