I have a goautodial pbx and a elastix pbx. Currently my elastix pbx is the pbx where all the gateways connect thus making it my primary pbx (not so cool hardware).
My goautodial setup runs on better hardware and it is being used for a 20 agent callcenter.
Most of the destinations in the IVR in elastix point to the callcenter pbx.
So...the thing is: the main pbx gets stressed to much with calls that are meant for goautodial.
What i would like to do is to make the callcenter pbx the entry point for all inbound calls. The calls should be answered by the IVR from elastix and when going to the callcenter group it should not be active anymore in elastix.
How can i make this work?
