Local Contact Backup Feature Not Working

I have Yealink T46G's with this feature and it is not working. Anyone else try to utilize this with success?

Have the following config in my provisioning file:

static.auto_provision.local_contact.backup.enable = 1
static.auto_provision.local_contact.backup.path = %%PROVLINK%%/LocalContacts/%%mac_address%%-contacts.xml

No files are ever found in that location after editing local contacts with this provisioned setting.
