Solved Location of the 3CX hosting infrastructure?

Hi,

I am interested in this new hosted by 3CX offer.
Working in Luxemburg, our customers are very sensitive on the location of the hosting infrastructure. So my question is quite simple , where are located the hosted instances for customers in Europe?

Hi,

please note that for EU customers Hosting Data Centers that 3CX chooses are inside European Union.
For your case since you are located in Luxemburg, we choose the closest Data Center for you which is Frankfurt. With this way also we minimize the delay between the endpoints and the PBX.
