Solved Locked out from admin portal - Reseller: Unlock and Reset Password?

Hi!

I cannot connect to my hosted 3CX, Error reads:

"Login access denied. Too many incorrect login attempts. Try later or contact the Administrator."

I am the admin, and cannot find a way on my resellers portal to reset the password or unlock the account. Also, no recover password on that login page...

Any tips?

After comminication with the Hosting Team via a ticket, issue has been resolved now.
