Locked out of 3CX

Hi community, i am new to 3CX and made a stupid mistake, i have an on prem 3CX install. and I reset my password without setting up the smtp details, and now I am totally locked out. Can anyone advise me with directions to recover admin password. Thanks in advance.

BTW - 3CX installation is Windows base

Hi,

If you have a backup before the password change you could recover the account, but loose any changes done in the meantime. Otherwise you are probably going to need to open a ticket.
