Hi!

We’re experiencing a usability issue with queue login management in the PWA.

Agents who log out of queues must manually rejoin each one, as there’s no “log in to all queues” option. This happens frequently, and we’re spending a significant amount of time just getting users back into the correct queues.

For larger customers where queue availability changes often, this is both time-consuming and error-prone.

Is there a way to rejoin all queues at once that we may have missed?
If not, could this be considered as a feature request?

Thanks!

Hi @Svanur the agents can log in/out Globally to all queue using the dial codes *62/*63 and also the Log IN/OUT option available in the 3CX APP. Also, there are BLFs to globally log IN/OUT in the queues.

Additionally, to that, there is an explicit Log IN/OUT that they could use, but that applies for specific queues, when a user explicit logs out in the queue then he will need to do it explicit again.

You may find further info here https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-queue-status/

Hello,

Reading this, it did trigger me to see if it was possible get a CFD (Call Flow Design) script to login a user to ALL the queues at once.
@Svanur, hope you don't mind me trying this option.

The CFD script has been created and it works in the following way:
-General login to Q of the caller extension.
-Get list of all available queues
-Check every queue to check if caller extension is memeber in this queue, if yes, execute specific queue login.
-Play message, the extension is logged in.

So the extension dials the CFD (in my example 958), and it will enforce this extension to be logged into all the queues it is member and the general queue login is also performed.

So after implementing this in a 3CX server, any queue member that is unsure it's extension is logged into all the queue could dial this CFD and make sure it is.

I will include the full CFD code (*zip file).
