Log user into T27G

I have a phone (T27G, though I don't think that matters), displaying "Redirector" and prompting for a username and password.
I've tried various combinations of the passwords associated with the user's extension that I'm trying to set up. What information
is it looking for? I thought it would need the ext # and pin. I've scoured the documentation and can't find the answer.
This is only my second day learning the system.

For the phone, it sounds like you may have tried to provision the phone via STUN:

It should be the extension and voicemail PIN as outlined in the welcome email to that extension assuming this is 3CX RPS. But if you had a number of failed attempts you may have gotten yourself on the blacklist which you'd want to remedy.

Thanks for the answer. I'm trying to get someone's phone working who's out of the office, so I didn't see the welcome email. I should have put 2 & 2 together and seen that it's the vm pin, based on my own welcome email. All the phones here are provisioned via STUN. However, this one finally worked after using Local Lan. I then switched it back to STUN and it works this way, as well.
