Logging into new V20 instance.

Just set up a new instance of V20 on Lightsail.

It looks fine, except when I try to login using the name (email) and password from the portal finish page, I get a password error.

I'm probably locked out by now, but what is required, if not the name/password given when the install completed?

I used the customer email (as suggested by 3CX), so I haven't received anything on my email.

What can I do to access the new server?

The customer got the welcome email before I could login, and immediately changed the password (as he thought it was his user account).

Maybe not a great idea to require the customer email when setting up a new instance

Anyway, problem solved.
