I tried to log onto my 3cx account and forgot my password had a capital letter in it. Tried like 4-5 times and now i get this message and my phones won't register. Is there a way from ROOT to white list my ip address so this does not happen again and how do i get back into my admin account and get my phones back up?? Thanks

Hello @thereverend

Try accessing the Management Console from a different connection/IP and remove your blacklisted IP from the the list (Dashboard >> IP Blacklist). Or if you prefer, just edit the record for your IP and change the action from deny to allow.

How do I do that from the command line?

You cannot do this from the command line. You need to access the management Console from a web browser to do this.

Will this condition reset and allow after a set amount of time if i do not have a way to log on from another IP address?

Yes, this is the Blacklist time interval in the security settings of the PBX. By default this is set to 86400 seconds = 1 day
