Solved Login Access Denied

Hi,

Can someone help me go through with this error? my colleague just put many incorrect password, i have read some near cases like this in this forum we tried to wait for 24 hours and also get another IP to access it because we assumed that our Public IP was blocked so we change to other public IP but still no luck.

please help us.

Your wan IP address has been blacklisted, due to incorrect password.

You have two options

1. wait for the blacklist to be removed by the system
2. Access the console from another wan IP address. and delete your blacklisted IP address.

When you say different IP, it is totally different

Have you tried accessing the website from your mobile phone

i just change my PC's IP and it works LOL.

i saw my previous IP from the Blacklist.
