Currently when you login and logout of Queues in the App, it is a global setting and you are not able to see which specific queue, you are logging in and out of.
Ideally when you login, it should bring up a tick list and you can chose if you are logging in or out all queues or specific queues.
I would also suggest the queue icon having 3 colours.
- Logged out
- Logged in to one but not all queues
- Logged into all queues
We have sucessfully implemented 3cx for a number of 24 hours helplines and volunteers who are on shift login and logout but if they are in mutliple queues, this gets very confusing.
Also if the queue manager logs them out of a specific , queue, even when they log themselves in globally, they don't get calls because they are logged out of the specific queue. There is no way to see on the mobile app if you are logged in or out of a specific queue. This is causing lots of confusion
