i have put some logo's as a test on logo properties in the system management console, but is there a way to delete these logo's?

Very vague.

If you go to conferencing you will see the default logo location for webmeeting (In linux) is :

/var/lib/3cxpbx/instance1/data/http/interface/provisioning/<xyz>/

From here the phone custom logos are in /logo/customlogo

and reports logo are /instance1/data/http/reports/logo

I think the Windows equivalent is C:\programdata\3cx.... if someone could confirm.
