Logs who acess call records

Hi,
I need to have access who get a report and listen calls records from report. I see a lot of information but with no solution. I can't believe 3CX don't have solution for this security issues.
Any idea for this 3CX issue?

You might want to consider our 3CX Recording Manager tool. We log when a person logs into the application, and what they did while logged in, including: listen, download, delete, etc. Our tool does a lot of unique things but specifically, we have a full audit trail of who, what, and when.
