However if I try to open logs files generated from my 3cx phone system on windows 7 running in the same PC where I run logviewer, I have not issue
Q: Is there any restriction to open blrec files generated from debian operation system? or is there other logviewer for linux?

Thanks
Regards
Luis

Did you extract the ZIP file?

I Just downloaded a supportinfo from my Debian and it works in Win 10.

Thanks for your reply and your feedback.
Yes I unzip the file. I IT is good to know you could do it so no restriction. 'm using windows 7 I will try with windows 10 just in case.

No restriction that i am aware off. Make sure that you have both .bldef and .blrec files in the Bin Log Viewer folder.
Your Bin Log Viewer may be associated with the log folder of the PBX which contains these files that is why is working with the local installation.
