Looking for a 3cx supported Siptrunk provider that has some sort of international calling plan.

Are there any supported SipTrunk providers.that offer a decent international plan, other then you have to pay by the minute?

There's a reason it's pretty much all PPM. Calls to the same country and often even the same city can differ wildly on cost because things like mobile calls cost more than landline,etc. No provider wants to lose money.

I understand that. It is also pretty hard to quote and explain that calls to.the UK can either cost 0.02 - 0.08 cents a minute depending on area code or if it is a landline or mobile.

Pretty much every provider I've ever used would provide a rate sheet for international calling. I couple would offer some small international packages like 500 minutes for Mexico or UK calling but the fine print would have all the exclusions about mobiles etc and people would still pay per minute. You aren't making up something new, this is how the phone industry in general has worked so you shouldn't have to 'quote' it, it's what has always been. Now that being said if you have a customer that does make a significant volume of international calls you can get a trunk from a provider in that country so they are rated as more of a local call. That's something you couldn't do before VoIP
