Looking for a multicast paging adaper with audio passthrough

I'm looking for a multicast (3cx compatible) paging device that has an audio input for pass through.

I have a site that I need to do 4 paging zones and each of them has an A/V system that would like to push audio into the ceiling speakers and have an interrupt when the paging turns on.

I'm hoping for a single unit that will do this.
