Solved Looking for an firmware T42S

Hello,

I have one T42S who is stuck on firmware 66.83.0.55, i cannot upgrade the device, I read on this forum that i have to upload to the version 66.84.0.35 but i don't find it.. I find a lot of firmware here. But the one who i'm loking for is not on the list. Could you please help me ?

Hi Eric,

Yealink has you covered, their support page has articles for various phones stuck on older versions.
You can get the in-between versions you are missing and upgrade it step by step.
