As title, I'm looking for a new IP Phone.
I checked https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/ and https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/support-legacy-phones/ for be sure to choose a recent phone, that's not also reported in legacy/eol phones.
I selected those 3 phones under $100 budget:
- Fanvil H5
- Fanvil X4G
- Yealink T33G

Regarding the Yealink one I'm sure that model I choosen is the best from all T2/T3 phones.
But about Fanvil, I was unable to understand which phone is better than another...
Also I was unable to find official release date of those phones, but I think that I can find a good solution for my new 3CX, choosing from the listed I reported.

Waiting for further advices.
Thanks in advace.

What is it for? Fanvil H are for hotels.

Personally, Fanvil lower series are ugly and look cheap. I would go with the Yealink.

Ok, thanks for the info, now I'm sure I can discard Fanvil H phones.

Regarding Yealink phones, there are: Yealink T2/T3/T4/T5, but the selection was pretty easy for me.
Yealink T4 and T5 phones go up the $100 budget, so I can discard them.
Yealink T3 are sure better than T2 ones, so I discard T2 phones since T3 don't exceed the $100 budget.
The best Yealink T3 phone is the T33G

Why am I thinking also about Fanvil?
According to 3CX it seems that Fanvil series are Preferred respect Yealink phones.
Then, available Fanvil phones are Fanvil X1/X2/X3/X4/X5/X6/X7.
Website isn't so much clear, and there are some mismatch between exact model numbers, anyway if I didn't wrong, best models should be:

- Fanvil X4G
- Fanvil X5U
- Fanvil X6U

What do you think?
Thanks again.

At my old job we supplied Fanvil all the time because they were cheap to buy. But, the downside is that they look cheap too and i didnt like the transfer button being labelled as "xfer" and the voicemail labelled as MWI.

Go for Yealink.

Understood, so from models I listed, you think is a good choice Yealink T33G and that's better than others?

- Fanvil X4G
- Fanvil X5U
- Fanvil X6U
- Yealink T33G

You need to ask yourself what you want your handset to do. The Fanvil's offer more BLF keys and the X5 and 6 (i think) can offer video support if you was to get a Fanvil door entry cam.

I just need simple normal calls, but also I don't want to buy a model that's already on the line of being EOL or old.
So I'm trying to choose the best from economic phones.

The T33G are new models to replace the T23G so you'll be fine with those.

Ok, I think I'll go for T33G so.
Can you finally tell me if you know, which is release date/year of those phones?

Just FYI Fanvil X4G are older, and will probably become EOL earlier than the other models that end in U.

The T33 is also a very good phone yes.

Cool^ so it seems that's a 2021 phone, so really recent.
Thanks for all.
