Solved Lost admin access to hosted instance

I did not change the password, but suddenly I cannot log into my hosted instance. The forgot password link does not seem to be generating a password either. Watching our spam filter, I see nothing. Can someone help me regain access?

Actually, maybe it's something else. I can log into the webclient, but I can't see the team, and I have no admin functions under there.

Just to clarify, you are able to login in the web client but not in the management console with the admin credentials?

We got it taken care of last night. One of my admins accidentally restored it to it's initial config.
