Lost of Perpetual Licence - E-mail to Reseller never received by us

The company that is our reseller here in Brazil did set up 3CX with a e-mail from them, which we don't have access.
So our perpetual license is LOST, since there was an unsolicited upgrade of license, and we do not know how to solve this.

We never received any e-mail, and the logic here is wrong: nobody asks other person if he wants to change for something, and if there's no answer the change is done.

Is the same that if I ask Bill Gates "If you DONT want to donate me 1 million dollars, answer this. If you do not answer, i will charge you."
It makes no sense, and shows a really bad way of doing business.

We want to have our Perpetual License back, it was very expensive and we do not want to transform it in annual.

You should be able to dissociate the reseller on the 3CX Dashboard. If you assign a new one, the new reseller should be able to fix it.

Also, you should be able to change contact information yourself in Settings -> License.

If they are outside of the grace period they can't buy maintenance anymore. They have to buy annual or they can buy a new perpetual license (if large enough).

If you have access to the maintenance console the licensing information is displayed there as is the expiration so there was at least some way for you to be aware. But if your maintenance is past the grace period it reverted to a free license and no reseller can change that. You can try contacting 3CX but otherwise this is between you and your reseller. i dont think they care for these matters in 3CX sales support.
