I would like to ask if anyone else is facing the same issue as me.
When we are using our desk phones (yealink w60 dects) the other party can hear us loud and clear. When we use our headphones the volume is extremely low and everyone is complaining that cannot hear us. This is happening not only when we plug a headphone on the dect phones but also on the mobile app and the windows app.
When we remove the headphones (tried with many headphones such as apple, nokia, huawei) everything is fine. When we plug them again the other party complains that he cannot hear us. It's not a noise issue just the volume.
Any ideas what is happening and how we can solve it? Because mostly we want to use headphones and be able to use our keyboards the same time.
