1. How to setup the conversation's volume on linksys spa3102 as pstn line gateway ?--- because is too low.

1.1 How to setup the music-on-hold volume on 3cx? because is too high..

2. how to setup the outgoing call caller id for voipbuster? i set in 3cx the outgoing ID but doesn't work, still private id.

Hi, about your 1 question, log into your SPA has admin, go the pstn line configuration, on the bottom you will see SPA to PSTN and PSTN to SPA gain, change those values to get higher or lower volume, be careful thoug, if this values are too high it can create echo during conversations.

For Q2 --> open the on-hold music file in a wave editor and lower the volume and save it as another file. Use that new file as your on-hold music.
