Is there a solution for 3CX when using an LTE connection with no public IP. I tried to search for LTE, but it seems to be a non searchable term. I have been planning a VPN to a VPS, but I prefer not to have to do that.

3cx server is running on lte? or just the phones?

Whole system is on the same LAN (except for mobile app client) with DSL and LTE failover

You'll probably have to VPN to a VPS to get a public IP on the LTE service, otherwise it isn't going to work. You could consider hosting the 3CX instance on the VPS (or somewhere like AWS or Azure), and using an SBC at the site - I believe that will work behind CGNAT.

You might be able to get an LTE service with a public IP, although it might be expensive.

hmm looks like I may need to spin up a VPS then...
thanks for the clarification.

they should just handout IPv6 to LTE clients..!!
