M365 Contact Screen Pop on incoming call

I'm thinking that Contact Screen pop up on incoming caller id match is no longer part of 3CX. I remember an Outlook add-in that did this a while back.
Is this correct that this function is no longer available in v20? I'm not seeing it in any of the docs.
