    M365 Contact Screen Pop on incoming call

    I'm thinking that Contact Screen pop up on incoming caller id match is no longer part of 3CX. I remember an Outlook add-in that did this a while back. Is this correct that this function is no longer available in v20? I'm not seeing it in any of the docs. Thanks. Allen

  3. Support for syncing Microsoft Exchange Global Address List (GAL)

    Currently the only contacts being synchronized are the Personal and Shared Folder ones, but we've got many contacts in our GAL and those seem not to be synchronized. Can this please be added?     Hi all, A customer has asked me if he has Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration with 3CX, and he makes or receives a call on his mobile phone (not necessarily through the 3CX app), will that show in the call journals in Dynamics/3CX?
