Hi Experts,
We would like to get a better understanding of the Microsoft 365 synchronization behavior with 3CX, specifically regarding the following statement:
Our question is:
Does the “650 users” limit mean:
(a) After 650 users, any updates or changes made in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) will no longer sync to 3CX?
(b) Only a maximum of 650 users can be synced from Entra ID to 3CX, regardless of changes?
(c) Or is there another interpretation we should be aware of?
We’ve referred to the official documentation here: 3CX Microsoft 365 Integration Manual, but would appreciate further clarification on how this limit is enforced and what its practical implications are.
Thanks in advance for your support!
