M900 Handset: Hotdesking - Y or N

Hi Everyone,

Im about to dive into reading about how to set up 3 Snom M900 stations for our new office, but just want to ask 1 quick qestion.

Is hotdesking possible on for a handset(s) on the M900 ?

eg. can the handset(s) be used as outlined on the guide https://www.3cx.com/docs/hot-desking/ ?

Just a Yes or No answer will do!
Im about to do alot of reading, so, if its not possible, then I wont get my hopes up

Hi Kon,

None of the DECT devices can be used for hot desking, same goes for the M900.

Only IP phones, the ones you can see when you go to the hot desking menu and try to add a phone.
