Hello,

I have a problem to add my phone as router phone in 3CX hosted. The message displayed is "Entry Duplicated". I think that the phone isn't deleted in hosted RPS.

Have you the same issue ?

Kind regards.

Hi,

Go to your extensions page (from the Management Console) and paste the MAC in the search box above.

If an extension appears in the results, then the MAC already exists on your system.

Hello,

Thanks. I search on the extension page, but I found nothing.with my mac address. Is it possible to delete entry in RPS ?

Regards.

Hello,

If the MAC already exists in RPS, it's probably not added by a 3CX system.

This usually happens when someone (who is not 3CX) has used the MAC already on their own private RPS account.
For example someone has a private RPS account with Yealink, and added this MAC. When a 3CX system contacts Yealink to add the MAC again, Yealink will not allow it.

In this case, we cannot remove it ourselves, you have to contact the manufacturer to remove it for you from their RPS before we are allowed to add it.

Often happens when buying 'reconditioned' phones from a certain well-known auction site.

Raise a ticket with Yealink support and they'll remove it from their database.
