Since I upgraded to Catalina the 3CX client for Mac is having issues with sound on incoming calls from ring groups. The ringing sound keeps playing in the if the call is picked by another extension or from an iOS device.
The only way to stop the annoying ringing sound is closing the mac app or calling the same extension and terminate the call.
It’s only the ringing in the speakers, the app stops showing the incoming call when answered by another extension.
I already checked that I have the latest version installed, I also tried to remove the app and reinstall it from scratch.
