Hi

We have 3 macbook all with latest 3cx app installed that cannot make outgoing calls over the wireless.
When wired they can make calls.
We have Unifi wireless routers and switches.
Windows laptops can make calls on wireless.
Same issue with clean install of Mojave

it works for internal calls and not for outgoing calls?
see in logs , set it verbose mode, do a call test and see what's in log.

Have you checked if there's something different in network settings between wired or WIFI

Sorry neither internal or external calls work, incoming calls are fine.

The client appears to freeze for 5 seconds after you click call and then it is OK
No logs in the 3cx dashboard.

Does the webclient work ?

Nothing at all in activity log in Console ?

In events log do you trace the extension registration for your 3 Macbook?

Hi cam,

Fragmentation means that the access medium that you use (including its route to the PBX) is somehow compromised enough to cause a failure. It appears to be a network issue in this case, you may have to make adjustments on the Unify modules.

Go to edit your account on the Mac Client, Advanced Settings, and change transport to TCP instead of UDP as test to see if it starts working now.

Tomorrow evening I am upgrading our switch hardware and rebooting all our AP's to see if that helps.

I could not find the option to change from UDP to TCP

It should be in the advanced settings of the Mac client. Another way to do it which you may find easier is to change the settings via the management console, go to the extension, provisioning tab, change the transport type and then reprovision the Mac client with a new welcome email
