macOS Desktop App and webclient no audio

I am coming across an issues where I don't have audio either direction with the macOS app or using the weblient on a mac as well. Has anyone else seen this issue and been able to solve it? I have tired three different mac's with three different version of macOS and fresh installs of the app. Have set the permissions on the mac to allow it along with changing the input and output in the system preferences to make sure they were set correctly.
