MacOS PWA pop-ups

I installed the PWA on MacOS (Monterey), changed the notification and pop-up settings in Chrome, and changed the settings in the system settings. See this link for a hint: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/macos-chrome-extension-no-notification-on-new-message.78432/. Unfortunately, I only receive notifications from chats and missed calls. Is it possible to also display notifications for incoming calls?

You need to make sure that browser permissions are granted for your 3cx, and also enable notifications in your system settings. I usually use Google Chrome, but I've encountered problems with it, so I install MS Edge – it works flawlessly.
